Business information and branding
Your business information and branding settings control how your company appears across Inspector Studio — on invoices, reports, customer-facing emails, your public landing page, and the customer portal.
Getting there
Go to Settings → Organization in the left navigation.
Business information
Company name
Your company name as it will appear everywhere — on published reports, invoices, and outbound emails. Use your full legal business name or your trade name, whichever you use with customers.
Contact details
Phone number — displayed on your landing page and on reports. Use the number you want customers to call.
Email address — the address used as the reply-to for emails sent from Inspector Studio. Keep this monitored.
Website — a link to your business website, displayed on your landing page.
Business address
Your company's primary address. It appears on invoices. If your business does not have a physical office, you can use a mailing address.
Business type
Specify whether your organization is a sole proprietor or a business. This affects how certain legal and tax-related fields are labeled.
Branding
Logo
Upload your company logo. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. A transparent-background PNG gives the cleanest result across different backgrounds. The logo appears:
At the top of published inspection reports.
On the customer portal header.
On your public landing page.
On invoices.
Aim for a logo that is at least 300 pixels wide for crisp display on high-resolution screens.
Primary color
Set a hex color code for your primary brand color. This color is used as an accent on your customer portal and landing page. Choose a color that is readable against white backgrounds.
Time zone and date/time format
Set your organization's default time zone. All booking times and scheduled events display in this time zone for your team. Individual users can set their own time zone preference in their personal account settings if they work in a different zone.
Saving changes
Click Save at the bottom of each section. Changes take effect immediately.
