Setting up your organization
Your organization in Inspector Studio is your company account. Everything your team does — bookings, reports, contacts, invoices — lives inside your organization and is visible only to your team. Taking a few minutes to set it up correctly means your reports, emails, and customer-facing pages will carry your real business information from day one.
Where to find organization settings
Log in to Inspector Studio.
Click Settings in the left navigation.
Select Organization from the settings menu.
What to fill in
Business information
Enter your legal business name, phone number, and email address. These appear on invoices, customer-facing pages, and outbound emails, so use the details you want customers to see.
If your business has a website, add the URL here. It will appear as a link on your public landing page.
Business address
Add your primary business address. This is used on invoices and in certain report forms that require an inspector's or company address.
Branding
Upload your company logo. The logo appears on your public landing page, customer portal, and at the top of published reports. For best results, use a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background.
You can also set a primary color that carries through your customer-facing pages. Use a hex color code that matches your brand.
Business hours
Set the days and hours your office is open. Business hours are displayed on your public landing page so customers know when to expect a response.
Tip: Business hours are separate from inspector availability. Inspector scheduling is managed per-user under the Calendar settings.
Time zone
Choose your organization's time zone. All booking times and scheduled events will display in this time zone for your team. Individual users can override this in their personal settings if they operate in a different zone.
Saving your changes
Click Save at the bottom of each settings section. Changes take effect immediately.
What to do next
Once your organization details are in place, the next step is to invite your team members and set up your services and pricing so you are ready to create your first booking.
